What are you determined to do to reach your weight loss goals? I am constantly being asked about which diet is best, which book I would recommend and which exercise program one should follow. People think that they can just buy a book to read and then some kind of magic happens when reading it causes their fat to disappear magically. Well, I'm here to tell you the news, the $ 40 investment in your weight loss book is just the beginning, with a lot of hard work and other costs involved. 

Investing Time

There is time you invest in your education (reading, watching videos, etc.), the time you spend exercising doing both cardio and weight training. There is a lot of time spent creating your new meal plans and preparing those meals yesterday or days in advance. There is the time involved in doing more laundry because you are suddenly doing more exercise now on your weight loss journey. Let me ask you this: What is your favorite TV show? How much television do you watch per week? 1 hour? Six? Are you willing to cut off the television in order to devote time to the gym and to breakfast? If not, don't worry about buying books that recommend diet and exercise programs? It takes time to prepare 5 or 6 meals a day and to go to the gym once or twice a day. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. 

Food Investment

The amount of food you put into your body is directly proportional to the level of your cells. Your cells make energy and make your various body systems work, and when they are given the best quality food, they are able to regenerate and be healthy. In contrast, low-quality food creates a low-quality cell. A low-grade cell is not at the required level of energy production or proper removal of waste that leads to illness and disease. You are likely to draw the same conclusions as many others do. The food I put into my body builds a healthy body and I have to be careful in my food choices. Whole-grain oatmeal is more expensive than cocoa puffs. Raw almonds cost more than hickory smoked almonds and you probably never knew what Essential Oils or Pro-Biotics are. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. 

Reducing Costs to Achieve Your Goal

If you can increase the amount of food you eat financially or the quality of your (organic) food, then what are you willing to do to get it. Are you willing to cut back on expenses? Are you willing to increase your sales for your job or home business so you can afford this new change? The first wise step is to make a change or to replace it. Beware of junk food in your day - consider snacks, junk food, coffee, pop, tobacco (I hope you haven't smoked yet), milk or dairy products, alcohol, vitamins, carcasses, Rolaids, Pepto Bismol, etc. and see. how much you spend per day or month. Are you willing to change your lifestyle to have a healthier diet that will support your weight loss goals? It can be a scary thought for some people. Some readily accept the challenge because they are really committed to their weight loss goals and are willing to do whatever it takes! Replacing and replacing is the easiest thing to do. Invest Yourself
