I
am greatly passionate about health and wellness in each respect, which
started with my quest for a remedy to cure many health issues, we
suffer. Since many of us suffer from many different types of diseases
and we mostly rely on medicine and physicians, I thought the tendency to
take medicines for more or less any small causes needs to be less
frequent. I personally believe that we must take medicine but not for
every reason. Before taking medicine or going to a doctor, we may try
our own some ways to get out of those bad health conditions.
I
love various alternative treatments, home remedies for some health
related issues. With this passion, I have gone through a lot of research
articles, books, magazines in the field of Health and fitness, Good
Health and Healthy Lifestyle. As a result, it opened up my very
inquisitive, inquiring mind to the world of health, medicine and
wellbeing. Though I am not a doctor or any kind of medical professional
(instead I graduated with an MBA in Finance and Banking), but I was
interested in understanding various aspects of health and wellness and
how I can help myself lead a healthy, happy life.
