I am greatly passionate about health and wellness in each respect, which started with my quest for a remedy to cure many health issues, we suffer. Since many of us suffer from many different types of diseases and we mostly rely on medicine and physicians, I thought the tendency to take medicines for more or less any small causes needs to be less frequent. I personally believe that we must take medicine but not for every reason. Before taking medicine or going to a doctor, we may try our own some ways to get out of those bad health conditions.
